Not for Whimps

Maximum Fatigue is a work-out philosophy for people willing to push themselves beyond their limitations of today so that tomorrow anything is possible.

Warning: This work-out is not for whimps, posers or the faint of heart. I am not a certified personal trainer, trained medical professional or medical doctor.

What I am is an ageing athlete with multiple chronic physical and medical conditions who has developed a work-out philosophy that has not only made me strong but has kept me alive and well. I suffer chronic pain. Nothing offends me more than those who shout, "No pain no gain!" I prefer, "NO PAIN NO PAIN!" If it hurts you're doing it wrong! This blog is my attempt to share how I changed my life and became well by developing my own personalized exercise routines that minimize my time in the gym and maximize my well being.
